TEAS Testing
If you plan to apply for admission to the Associate Degree Nursing program, you are required to complete the Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS). The TEAS is designed to determine the academic readiness of applicants and contains four subtests in Math, Science, English and Reading. TEAS must be completed within one year of application and cannot be taken more than two times in any one year. |
Register for the test
We offer the TEAS test in partnership with the Assessment Technologies Institute (ATI). You need to register both with ATI as well as our Assessment Office prior to the test.
Step 1: Go To ATI On-line Registration - Create your account, user ID and password. Select "Bellevue CC" as your institution. You need to bring the username and password on the test day for admission to the test center.
Step 2: Click "Registration" and complete the required fields. A fee of $43.75 is required ($25 TEAS test fee, and $18.75 registration and lab fee).
(Check-in time is 12:30 pm. The entire test may take up to 3 hours 30 minutes. However, you may leave if you finish the test earlier.)
NOTE: Due to limited seat availability, TEAS test registrations are accepted on a first come first serve basis. Once the available seats are full, registrants will be added to a waitlist. Individuals in the waitlist will be notified if seats become available. *(You can register and take the test with us even though you are not a current BCC student) |

“If you need something, just ask someone,” says Sinath Heng, referring to all the support available to BCC students, such as TRiO, Disability Support Services, Mutli-Cultural Services and the Math and Writing Labs. “I didn’t know there were so many people out there to help,” says Heng. “When I found out, I took advantage of it – and it paid off in better grades.”
